Hello-wanting to document family keepsakes..........need journal card ideas

My thought was to take a photo of the object and write up a few details about it-anything from my G-Grandparent's dresser, desk and jewelry, etc to jewelry my husband has given me, his guitars, etc. I thought about a 12X12 template with six 4X6 photo slots. Photos on the left, descriptions on the right. I have the templates. Are there any pre-made journal cards that would work for this? Inventory cards?
