I've been quiet (for me) lately... and thought I'd pop in to say "HI!" I miss you all, and have tried to keep my pop-ins regular, but haven't been able to really sit down, chat and hang out much in the forums. I hope you are all doing well!

The end of school the last three weeks have me spinning in circles. Soccer had us driving all over the place and family from California visiting us in NJ was fun but exhausting. We finish school on Thursday, so now I'm in camp preparation mode! More circles, lists, medical, and such!!

So... :)

How are you?
How do you handle times like mine?
What do you look forward to doing soon?
And.... I'd love to see a gif or meme of something that makes you crack up! :P

I don't handle it well at all. The last month has been insanely crazy for me and I feel like I've just been going in circles and trying to keep my head above water. I think we are getting in to more of a routine now and I hope I get to hang out a little more often. Currently the main thing I am looking forward to is going to get my hair done in the morning!!!!

Here's a couple I saw today :)

:giggle I love those! The sassy pants and the beginning/ending of the day so relate to me and my spinning circles right now!

My son was the wavy man for Halloween last year! So funny!

We just wrapped up a vacation with my side of the family (which was... interesting) last week & now we're in full-on summer mode with my daughter. She has art camp & soccer camp this week, goes to spend the week with my ILs next week, and then we'll pick her up on the way to TN to spend the Fourth of July weekend at the lake. She has day camp & swim lessons next month.

I write it all on the calendar in the kitchen, and then I just take it one day at a time. My son not being PT yet is both a blessing and a curse. He can't go anyplace because he refuses to PT... which means he's not anyplace but with me so I don't have to juggle him and her being at different places at the same time. I might have a different game plan if they were both involved in things.

I am looking forward to our Fourth of July plans. My husband's brother has a lake house in TN and we'll spend a long weekend taking the boat out, eating al fresco, swimming, kayaking, and canoeing, and hanging out together. We don't get to see them often because their kids are in multiple sports during the school year so it's nice to have all the cousins together for a few days.

When I'm busy, I start to feel like this:

Omg...that looks EXACTLY like my Corgi!!! I knew she was sneaking out at night!

PS. Miss you, Jenn! So glad to see you. We're on a break from soccer craziness until August, but I can empathize. Glad you seem to be having some summer fun!

I feel like many of the people on here are like this. Not me though.

This is me. As I have 3,5 more weeks to go before my vacation starts. And everyone wants something from me.

But hey, I'm not complaining...

omigoodness! That pup, @berniek! Look at his wittle face! Ps... I'm totally the cleaner before vacation... cause I don't want to come home to a dirty house to clean! :giggle

Thanks, Margaret! Soccer was draining this past few months, mostly since school was even worse than usual. Ugh! @londoncuppa

Courtney... that is me in disguise! Shhh... how'd you know! Bwahahah! :giggle I'm going to use that Drama one on my kids! It will come in handy as they get older too and well, girls.

I'm so looking forward to the 4th of July @LeeAndra We are probably going to the shore, which is our usual, but just to sit relax sound divine! I'm hoping a couple of BBQ's and seeing friends fills in that weekend!

I don't handle the crazy busy times very well. I tend to get stressed out and very irritable. I'm so glad May is over and school is out, but summer vacay has been more busy than vacay. I'm still running kids around, just for different things... uggh! We have kid camps, dentist appointments, swimming lessons, family vacations, parades, BBQs and the list goes on and on this summer. I actually wish school would start again so I can have the house to myself during the day. We've been out for 2 and a half weeks and I still haven't made it to my water aerobics class. I've just been too busy with everything. I feel like I'm just keeping my head above water and haven't really been able to relax and just enjoy summer. I'm hoping that I'll be able to relax some during our family trip next week.

I'm loving all these memes! My life is busy too right now! I have my daughter's wedding in July. Today we need to go pay the florist and the venue. In August, I hope to be back scrapping (instead of just buying).

I've had a few family dinners because of cousins in town and other reasons as well . . . so it seems like we've been busy but we have had some lovely DO NOTHING days at home. I had one today and it was just wonderful. I don't handle stress well at all . . . and I don't multitask great like I used to.

Looking forward to hubby being off for 4th of July - he's going to take a couple of days off that week. :)

And oh Lort, you started me with the gifs. LOL
