    As the title says, I have been around a long time. Been participating in event weekends since I first started digitally scrapbooking. Been scrapbooking since I got married in 1998. Was a member of the about.com forums, and then later two peas in a bucket - where I learned about digital scrapbooking and then found my way here. Currently, life is so busy that I don't have a lot of time to devote to my hobbies, so I really treasure these pre-planned weekends.

    I am very grateful to the fabulous teams here who put together these events. They are often the highlights of my year, when I can participate.

    So glad you introduced yourself. Life is super busy and I love that you find the events helpful in keeping you creating even when you have little time. We're always here during non-event times as well, so if you have an extra minute or two to spare, we have awesome monthly challenges as well as designer challenges that can help spark ideas for layouts or projects.
