Has anyone had a HydraFacial?

My dermatologist has this offer this month for $175 with an option for a 12 month plan at $165. He is a good doctor but I know all of them are really getting into many other optional services like botox, facials etc. I'm wondering if anyone has had one of these and how you liked it.

Each time I do get a facial I wonder why I don't think to do it more often but this is about $50 more than usual.

I have I have!!! It's AMAZING. I go once a month and my skin loves it and I love my skin. I'll be 40 in July and am mistaken for someone in their late 20's all the time. I swear its my hydafacial routine. Plus super relaxing and just so worth it!

I have rosacea and therefore water isn't going to do it for me. Neither is basically any other treatment. Before it was diagnosed I went to a spa and booked a facial treatment. The woman looked at me and said 'no way am I doing any treatment on your skin. That's only gonna make it worse. You should probably go and see a doctor or dermatologist to find out how to treat your skin'. Now I have a whole range of products that I use and which work. When I used my sisters makeup remover once on vacation, my skin immediately got red, itchy and difficult. It's annoying really.
