  1. Do you have any habits you wish you didn't?
  2. Is there a habit you would like to adopt?
  3. Do you prefer schedules or not? And for what?

  1. Do you have any habits you wish you didn't? I have a habit of interrupting a conversation when I have something I really want to say but am trying to hold back and wait b/c that is not a habit I want to have and need to curtail it. So because of that bad habit, I am really practicing "just listening" and not speaking until someone is clearly done talking. I'm getting better but need to work on it more. I have wonderful friends who never complain but I bet that silently wish I would just be quiet sometimes.
  2. Is there a habit you would like to adopt? I would like to get into the habit of putting away winter gear as we come in the door b/c the hallway hooks gets overloaded with coats, hats, etc and it drives me crazy. I need to organize the hallway closets so there is room to put away everything behind closed doors. Then when company arrives, I am not scrambling to make room for their things.
  3. Do you prefer schedules or not? And for what? I strive for schedules but mostly fail miserably at them. I try to schedule time for the gym and too often I procrastinate. I also would like to have a wkend schedule of meal planning for the week which would make life so much easier yet the wkends come and go with no planning (usually).

  1. Do you have any habits you wish you didn't? --- I've worked hard to break most of my "bad" habits or habits I didn't like in myself.
  2. Is there a habit you would like to adopt? --- Definitely being more proactive in my walking/health habits.
  3. Do you prefer schedules or not? And for what? --- I like schedules in theory, but with life in my house it doesn't always stick

Do you have any habits you wish you didn't?
Procrastination especially for the things that a) have to be done but b) are boring to me but I know why I do it & it's not just a simple thing of don't procrastinate

Is there a habit you would like to adopt?
Regaining movement/mobility back in my life.....not sure exactly what that looks like right now.
Also drinking more water. I kicked the huge diet Coke habit I had a year ago but replaced it with low sugar iced tea or diet sprite/lemonade so redeveloping a water drinking habit is the next step.

Do you prefer schedules or not? And for what?
I'd rather not have schedules but I know I work best when I use my whiteboard calendar and write down everything I need to do. Most of the time though it's a mix of a rough schedule & a to do list

I do the same thing Rae! I’m working on it too. The other habit I thought of was laying down in my bed when it’s not time to sleep. I get way too comfy and waste too much time there.
  1. Is there a habit you would like to adopt?
I would like to make dinner every day at the same time so it’s a habit. I have been cooking dinner more often than not so that is progress.
  1. Do you prefer schedules or not? And for what?
I prefer schedules for everything but I’m not very good at setting them and sticking to them lol

  1. Do you have any habits you wish you didn't? Oooh I do the same as you, Rae! I am so bad about just blurting stuff out when it comes in to my head!!
  2. Is there a habit you would like to adopt? I'd like for the gym to be a regular habit!
  3. Do you prefer schedules or not? And for what?I function much better with routine throughout my day. Without it, I procrastinate so much!

  1. Do you have any habits you wish you didn't? Even though I'm the only one in the car, I really to stop yelling at drivers who get in my way, cut me off, don't follow the rules, etc etc.
  2. Is there a habit you would like to adopt? I need to get back to walking. After I lose a little bit of weight, my back won't seize up like it's been doing just standing and walking around the house, so I am hoping to get back into it. It's just WHEN will I fit that into my schedule!
  3. Do you prefer schedules or not? And for what? I am totally about schedules and/or routines. I like to automate things in my life, so I can do what I love. My 8 hours a day at work are very well scheduled, I have routines in the morning and for right after work. Sundays have a schedule portion. I like to leave Saturday as a day of rest. But again, working some walking into what already exists will be a challenge. When I was serious about walking, I wasn't scrapping, so I would get to it right after work, then eat dinner and watch TV. But now, I want to spend all my time either scrapping or in the galleries, so something's gotta give. I think getting back to walking will be more fun now that I have signed up for Audible.

Do you have any habits you wish you didn't? I do the same thing about blurting things out in conversation. I noticed that years ago and have really been trying, but I still do it. Whoops! I also wish I could kick my diet coke habit... but I really love the bubbles in the morning. :giggle

Is there a habit you would like to adopt? I really wish that I was better about regular bible study! I NEED to work on that!

Do you prefer schedules or not? And for what? Oh gosh yes. Schedule all the things. I love knowing what I have on my schedule for each day, so I know how much free time I have afterwards for fun things like scrapping, art or watching TV with my hubby. I do not like when schedules change last minute.
