I am the worst at planning ahead when I buy groceries so I end up going to the grocery store way too often.

My question for you today is this:
What grocery item do you buy most often?

Hmm? Probably oatmeal and next would be orange juice.

It definitely makes a difference who is doing the shopping!

    Dr Pepper.

I do make a list so that I only go once a week. During the beginning of the pandemic, I only went every 2 weeks for major shopping. I made sure I had enough to get through to avoid the stores. No pick up in my town back then. Before the pandemic I would just go when I needed something. So the pandemic got me into a habit that I keep up with to this day.

The staples for the husband are eggs, bread, salami, OJ and snacks!!!!!! I am a coupon clipper and bargain deal shopper - so some runs are very large and expensive (I freeze meat) while other are just for the staples.

For me - coffee, milk, and halfNhalf are my staples and typical small runs.

half 'n half!! Gotta have it in my coffee. Or maybe it is coffee, but I have a subscription service for that so I don't really consider that shopping.
