Debra, you should try it. There is an art to it, a little goes a long way. Its better on toast than fresh bread and you need the toast to be quite buttery. I made two loaves of vegimite sandwiches (with bread from a French bakery, sorry but US bread is disgusting!) and cut them in quarters so there was like 80 and took them to my sons International food dinner at school when we lived in California and thet disappeared so quick! I was surprised.

I have another question. All schools here are totally nut free, is it not the same there? I always wondered what would happen to all those kids who only eat pb&j for lunch.
