Goals

Do you set goals? If so, how often?
Yes, I set myself monthly goals for my healthy routines.
Well, they're the same every month, but I need to write them down in my notebook and at the end of the month I tally up the goals I've achieved. Writing them down helps me take a step back and see whether or not I've achieved my goals.

Every month, I set myself the goal of going to the gym three times a week, going to karate once a week, and walking to pick up my son from school (weather permitting).
Good job writing them down and walking to school! I should walk to school with my son but I’m too lazy.

I write them down in my notebook, this month I'm trying a pixel a day tracker (sleep, reading, no spend, weather, steps etc..) If that work I will continu it for the rest of the year.

I don't make goals, lol... I make lists. Then change them, then make more lists. It's a running to-do.

If I need to look at the big picture - it's about my kids. Get into college, graduate high school, get him to college. lol! The other child is - graduate in April. Then figure out next job or more schooling. Those are this year's big plans.

Lists are definitely more manageable/useful for me. Good luck with this year’s big plans!
