Not very exciting, my forum name is the state where I live (WV) + my nickname (Sandy). I love the fact that so many of you are scattered around the world and I like knowing where that is.

My forum name doesn't really have a story beyond my LOVE of all things MUPPET most particularly Gonzo The Great. I use it as forum and User names on several sites because its almost Always avalible :).

My forum name is jp504 and is not very original because it is my first and last name initials and 504 area code for New Orleans. I lack creativity in the naming department. LOL

Amanda was a popular name in Southeastern PA when I was growing up, by the time I got to college I had started saying “I’m another Amanda” so when I needed a new e-mail address I went with it.

Y'all are too funny. Seriously. So many of y'all keep saying "my story isn't interesting" or "there's not much to tell", but then when I read them, I totally see the creativity behind them!!! I love learning about y'all!

Well, there are two reasons I am Electra.
    1. I was 1 woman working with 42 men for 15 years. In the midst of that, I got divorced.(no connection). I went to a dance with many of these men and I politely refused to dance with any of them. My co-worker said, "For god's sake, they want to dance with you, not sleep with you. Who do you think you are, Carmen Electra?"
    2. A few years later, I worked in the male penitentiary system and Parole officer showed me how easy it was to get through all the supposed "security" on face4book. I changed my name to Electra there and it was only recently I went back to my original name.

    And the rest was history.

My name comes from a comic character a friend introduced me to several years ago. Since I like some of the strips a lot and the name as well it became my nick in some places. :)

I created my username when I was in the middle of watching The Office. Michael Scott says “um…yesh” in an episode so that’s what I picked. I don’t love but I don’t care enough to change it.

I started joining scrapbooking forums in 2006 and used Kscrappy at most of them. When I joined here I wanted to see if my first name was available all by itself without anything extra, and was so excited that it was available, that I just used it. I felt like that meant I was the "first" Karen here as I knew there were lots of Karens in the scrappy world. And bonus, everyone knows my name without looking in my siggie. :giggle

...even though in the last few years, I kinda haven't wanted people to know my first name! :rofl

Mines a pretty simple story’s scrappin2girls, when I started digital scrapping my 2 little girls were mostly what I scrapped about. So that’s pretty much the whole story, not super exciting lol.

I came up with my nickname many years ago. I listened a lot of Irish folk rock back then, and Erin is an old/poetic name of Ireland.

My dog's name was Bagheera, but my daughter called her Bagheertje, a diminutive, because she was very small when we got her. The name stuck and when I needed a forum name, that's what I went with.
