Been reading TOUs for fonts & my head is spinning from all the legal lingo. English is hard sometimes. I get that personal use is when I do stuff for myself & if I want to design and sell alphas and wordarts, I need CU.

But ... when I scrap layouts for a CT, and the designer uses them for promoting their kits ... is it still considered personal use? Is this some kind of grey zone, or?

Also: when I was designing, I learned that Typodermic fonts where ok for making alphas & wordart, but now their page is a maze of legal mumbo jumbo, and I don't get it. Are they still ok for CU? Anyone know? ( Would be nice to know since I've made 100s of wordarts using their fonts.)

I was thinking of going back to some designing, but now I'm so confused, I don't think I will bother. LOL
