    Hello February!

Let me know what you’ve got going on this month. Is there anything you’re looking forward to?

I’m looking forward to the end of my daughter’s basketball season so I don’t have to coach any more. ;)

I'm looking forward to hopefully a job interview - I had a phone screen on Tuesday afternoon but won't hear for another week or so as to their next decision

I'm sad there's not a new daily challenge but I'm looking forward to February challenges! I'm also looking forward to my son starting a new medical treatment - trying not to get my hopes too high but I am hoping it will give him some relief.

Good luck with the rest of the season Monica! And I'm wishing you the best with your interview Jennifer!

it's exam time in my house at the moment. Practice exams for the GCSEs and A Levels. The schools use them for predicted grades, and to show the students what to expect. Usually they do the previous year's papers. Both of my teenagers are right in the middle of them at the moment.
I'm teaching a creative prayer workshop the 2nd Saturday (nervous about that)
Looking forward to another BYOC ....

I have a dr's appointment tomorrow. No - a nurse appointment (do you call it that?). Just a routine check up for my meds. That's about all plans for February! My calendar is empty. Guess I need to come up with stuff to do.

After yesterday's doctor appointment, I know I have to have an OP scope procedure but not sure of the date. Need approval from a different doctor to go off of a couple of meds for 3 days before procedure. Hopefully that will be before Feb 21 when I see the surgeon again for my 30 day post-op appointment. The surgeon also needs to know the results of the scope so he can schedule the next surgery which will hopefully be the last (of course, I thought the January surgery would be the last but there was an issue that prevented them from doing half of what he was going to do and it is the main thing).

I've also signed up for a couple of workshops on another forum geared towards Paint Shop Pro. There is no deadline as to when you finish them so I'll work on them around all the medical stuff.

This month in my son's last month of swimming (he's a senior in high school) so we are soaking up the last of the swim meets and looking forward to the big conference meet at the end of the month. We also have tickets to go see a fun concert near the end of the month too.

I'm looking forward to today being OVER -- we are having 32 people for dinner at our house tonight and I can't wait to be done with all the work it has taken.

On a happier note, we are going to Disneyland tomorrow for the weekend and then later in the month my sister is coming to visit for the Innings Music Festival here in my town.

The 29th would be my grandfather's 120th b'day ... I've always thought it was so cool that he was a Leap Year baby.

I finally put down my foot and told my grandson if he didn't get the van towed I was going to have it towed as an abandoned vehicle (never mind it's sitting in my driveway). He had it towed here 2.5 years ago. It doesn't run, it's in the way ...

He had to apply for a new title and once it arrives and he signs it, I can the junk yard and have it towed for free ... might even get a few bucks for it.

Once it's gone, I'm having three dead trees removed before they fall on my house or my neighbor's. Tree service needs to bring in a bucket truck and the van is in the way. Then the plan is to replace my gravel driveway with a concrete one and replace the broken front stoop and walkway.

    I've got high hopes, lol!!!

We're moving! Woo-Hoo! It will start late tonight or tomorrow. Hubby is finishing up a few last cleaning tasks. So that will take a few weeks for us to slowly move and settle into my grandma's cottage.

Olivia's birthday and Jay's birthday are this month, as well as my mother-in-law's, so we'll have birthday parties combined or separate (not sure yet). We're also going to have an Open House for family and friends to come by after we get moved in.

Scrapping schedule is just to continue doing something digitally creative every single day.

In a week, I'm surprising my best friend with a five day trip (later this month) to Florida to celebrate our birthdays (5 days apart). I scrapped about her for the Day 14 MOC challenge. I can't stand keeping this secret for another seven days, but I know she will appreciate the surprise as much as the trip.

I'm going to a pajama party tomorrow...but it's not one where we wear pajamas; we take new pajamas that will be donated to a women's shelter. Then another weekend, I'm going on a retreat with my church.
