With all that talk of the 2026 Panetone Colour of the Year being well not much, it got me thinking of my favourite colours.

What are your fave colours?
Clothes?
Make up ..... think nail polish etc but I'm sure there's other options (I just don't wear much make up so am a bit clueless)
Housewares (think crockery, cushions, bed linen etc)
Scrapping?

Probably pink. I've always been told I have rosy cheeks so I'd probably lean into that

If you saw all the boxes of stuff I have packed away, it would be pretty obvious that it's red. While it might not have been the colour I would have chosen, if you get things for free then you go with it

Scrapping?
Much like how I dress really. I don't typically scrap with muted colours or fall colours.
 
Favourite colour hands down is BLUE... and in all it's shades.
I wear it, I have it as my decor in my house (bedding curtains, cushions), I love to scrap with it, in my younger days when I wore makeup I had blue eyeshadow.
 
What are your fave colours?
Purple. No one is surprised there. Also turquoise and silver (like my shirt and bottom of my hair in my profile pic).

Clothes?
Black, purple, that turquoise shirt in my profile pic...

Make up, etc?
Don't really wear makeup but when I do, I love shimmy iridescent eye shadow or a classic red lip. I had a smoky eye, false lashes, and a bright red lip for my wedding because the MAC makeup artist and my bestie put together a game plan. (I got married in the middle of nowhere so we had a consult locally, bought everything they recommended, and then my best friend did my makeup while my other friend tried to make me laugh so much she couldn't do my makeup.)

Housewares (think crockery, cushions, bed linen etc)?
If I had my choice, probably a lot of aqua and turquoise and blue. My ideal kitchen would be a retro-futuristic Art Deco under the sea (inspired by Bioshock) but so far, best I can do is an ice blue stand mixer, a teal crockpot, and a jellybean purple toaster. I like the color my purple recliner was when we got it from the thrift store but it's faded so much now.

Scrapping?
Rainbow! Also lots of blues and purples, glitter, black backgrounds, tropical colors, or nature colors (wood background, verdant greens).

I love blue. I found it a soothing colour.

Clothes ?
Blue of course. Being a brunette, everyone tells me that pink and purle suit me well. So I try purple, but it's difficult.

Make up ..... think nail polish etc but I'm sure there's other options (I just don't wear much make up so am a bit clueless)
No make up, lol

Housewares (think crockery, cushions, bed linen etc)
I buy whatever I find in the shops. I'm not very good at coordinating colours in my house. I tend to choose neutral colours.
I refuse to use red for bed linen, I find it aggressive.

Scrapping ?
I love neutral colours. I try to scrap all the colours but I have to admit pink is the most difficult.

I don’t wear make up but like to match my toenails to the seasons/holidays. When there’s nothing to match I do my nails in blues most often.

Anything and everything. Christmas pages always need red and green.

Teal, aqua, torquoise that kind of greenish blue is a favorite of mine

Clothes?
They tend to run more denim, black (leggings for play with little), gray/neutral tops. Royal blue is a good color on me, but sadly I have almost none in my wardrobe. But I'm trying to rebuild it, so maybe I'll find some color to pull in.

Make up?
I don't wear it often, when I do, it's neutral, barely there color.

Housewares? I'd love to bring a little of that teal into my kitchen, but it's a bit of whatever, navy, black, charcoal -- although I did get a set of teal/torquoise dinnerware. Linens are mostly white and/or gray neutral

Scrapping?
Almost always more neutral (and I think at least 90% of my layouts start with a white-ish background), color touches tend toward blues/greens a little pink
 
What are your fave colours? Purple. Also like black, scarlet red and teal.

Clothes? I tend to wear a lot of black, scarlet red and have been adding more purple this year. All colors that make me look good. I live in sweatpants, pajama pants, and jeans so wear a lot of t-shirts and sweatshirts. Quite a few of them are for Ohio State (thus the scarlet red). I've been adding shirts this year with my travels. So in other words, I wear comfy clothes. My dress up clothes are in jewel colors and I wear my purple tops the most with black pants.

Make up ..... think nail polish etc but I'm sure there's other options (I just don't wear much make up so am a bit clueless) I don't wear nail polish or much makeup. When I do wear eye shadow, it is a neutral color.

Housewares (think crockery, cushions, bed linen etc). I have jewel tone color for my sheets since my bedspread is a plaid in jewel tones. However, most of the house is in autumn colors since I have my parents' furniture and my mother loved the colors of autumn, especially orange. Kitchen appliances are black and the walls are sage green.

Scrapping? I actually avoid white except for journaling spaces. And, I avoid pink since I really don't like the bright pink found in most kits. I prefer a muted pink quite often found in autumn kits.
 
What are your fave colours? Black, light black, dark black :lol I also love dark greens, orange, and yellow.
Clothes? My entire closet, outside of things I have for spirit weeks, is all earthy tones. Mostly black, but also some deep green, tan, beige, etc.
Make up ..... Pretty much the same as my closet. I like browns and greens and tans. Lots of neutrals
Scrapping? I'm pretty boring because I prefer neutrals in my scrapping as well. I struggle with bright colors.

But I also love hot pink and royal blue, lime green and purple! And I also love pastel pink and aqua. But there is nothing wrong with browns, maroons, tans and gray either! I know...I am a fan of all the colors! I do not understand people who wear only black or white or drive a boring silver car.

Clothes? A long time ago I had my "colors" done and I was a summer, so I like to wear royal blue and hot pink and purple. But I will buy all the colors and all the floral prints and stripes, because I want to look like a scrapbook page!

Make up? I don't really wear it much, but I like mauve lipstick when I do, although my friend convinced me to buy this gorgeous color called Merry one Christmas season. I must admit, when I see myself IN lipstick, I do realize I have the perfect lips for it! LOL But good grief, could someone rescue my eyebrows?!

Housewares (think crockery, cushions, bed linen etc) My kitchen's had red and black things for quite a while now. But if I could have my own kitchen and get all brand new stuff, I think I'd go with vintage pink or aqua.

Scrapping? Oh, that all depends on the mood and what I'm going for on the page. Open to any and all colors. Except Cloud Dancer. LOL Just kidding. It would make a nice background...kind of looks like my sweater in the above photo!

Yeah, red's not a soothing color for bed linens. My bed is currently sporting light pink flannel sheets with a subtle pattern of candy candys, white chocolate covered pretzels with sprinkles, and little pink and green "snowflakes" all over it. It's very soothing and cheery for Christmas. A gift to myself! Tee hee!

Yellow is my overall, longtime favorite color, like since high school in the late 1980's at least (so long ago, it's basically forever and I don't remember when it was, though I remember consciously choosing it because it's the most cheerful color).

I don't think I look good in most yellows, however, so I rarely wear it. I look best in blue and hate shopping and don't care about fashion and value simplicity so you will find my wardrobe is mostly various shades of blue. Next most common color, but far behind, might be green. I never wear true red -- not a good color on me -- though I have a couple of dark purplish reddish tops. I never wear white because I am too lazy to want to worry about stains. As for tone, I go for more pastels and true colors, not dark colors, except navy blue, of course.

I never wear make-up, nor even nail polish, and have never pondered colors in that area.

Housewares . . . I'm very eclectic and practical. I choose things first for their function and the color is secondary. I'm taking a mental walk through my house right now to try to answer this question and struggling.

Scrapping . . . I think it's easier to say what colors I rarely scrap with because I have done it all. But I don't think I've ever done really dark colors or all white without it being a challenge. I think my photos or the theme often dictates my color choices, and even though I know the idea of having a dominant color and complementary colors, I will often use a bunch of colors, usually brighter cheerful colors. Now that I've tried to answer that with just my memory, I'm going to go scroll through my gallery and see if I can add something more accurate.

Interesting! I have to say, now that I've done this, the only color I can't remember making a page predominately is red.

Make up ..... think nail polish etc but I'm sure there's other options I very rarely wear nail polish but I do paint my toenails -- almost always red or pink. Over the summer, I tried a periwinkle blue but against my very pale skin, it made me look a little corpse-like :giggle

Housewares (think crockery, cushions, bed linen etc) Neutrals in the lounge and florals in the bedroom with neutrals.
Scrapping? I love a great woodgrain background, or kraft, or textured light. I am also drawn to orange and teal to scrap wiht. But generally will co-ordinate with something in my photos..
