A couple of days ago talking with some friends about favorite beverages, and how we prefer them, and well, some preferred tea with cream, chocolate without milk, just water and sugar, strong black coffee, and so on, and when they asked me, I told that I LOVE coffee, but sometimes I like to test new kind of teas, although my favorite is ginger and lemon, and then I remembered that I had a bad experience with black tea, I don't know if I'm the only one who gets migraines and tachycardia with it.
1. What's your favorite beverage?
2. Have you ever drank Irish coffee? (strong coffee with whiskey, cream and sugar)
3. Have you ever had a bad experience drinking tea, chocolate or coffee?
4. Tea with cream or just with honey or sugar?

although my favorite is ginger and lemon,

Yes!!! Especially during the cold winter months, I love a nice warm beverage. While I am an avid coffee drinker (with half and half and sugar) I do not want caffeine throughout the day (just the mornings, typically). So a nice decaffeinated tea hits the spot. And I too LOVE ginger teas...ginger + lemon or ginger + turmeric.

Hmmm...I wonder what it is about the black tea that causes you issues. Tannins maybe? Are you able to drink wine? Coffee has tannins too, though. The potency of caffeine? Coffee has the most. Hmpf...mystery.

Favorite beverage - depends on the time of day. Coffee in the morning. Water throughout the day. I love wine with dinner but I don't like when a bottle of wine goes bad (hubby does not touch alcohol). So, I tend to only by one bottle a week and drink it within two days :wineI've been making a point of drinking more milk (for vitamin D and calcium) and have that often with dinner.

Yep, I've had Irish Coffee.

I have overdone the caffeine - thinking back to college years and even having to pull 24hour duties. If there is lack of sleep involved + too much caffeine, I can get a migraine and nausea. It takes a lot though.

I tend to drink any type of tea (black, green, herbal) with no sugar and no cream.

@ArmyGrl Lisa dear, still I don't know what's wrong with me and the black tea, maybe my body isn't adapted to get so much caffeine at the same time. Not sure, I need to investigate what's the trouble.
I totally agree with you, ginger tea is the best, I too love ginger + turmeric tea, usually I add a little bit honey, and really add a great taste.
I too love red wine, with food especially, and same here, my husband doesn't drink wine, so I am the only one that drink wine. Sometimes I drink a cup of wine with popcorns while I'm watching the tv, sounds weird, but really tastes delicious.

I don’t tend to drink many hot drinks at all. My faves are Diet Coke, Peach Iced Tea. Most recently I’ve been experimenting with fruity soda syrups mixed with soda water. So far I’ve tried Rhubarb & Raspberry with Rosehip and the next flavour I’m going to try will be Tropical. I tend to find most summers I find a new drink and iced treat (sorbet, ice block etc) to try.

That sounds delicious dear Jennifer, especially during a sunny summer day.

1. What's your favorite beverage? Obviously, Dr. Pepper
2. Have you ever drank Irish coffee? (strong coffee with whiskey, cream and sugar) Nope
3. Have you ever had a bad experience drinking tea, chocolate or coffee? Gagged the first time I ever tried coffee. Never tried it again. I was in college. My cousin and I joked that we could never be teachers because neither of us liked coffee... we were both education majors. She ended up teaching/school administration for over 30 years. I ended up liking office work better (my education degree was in business education).
4. Tea with cream or just with honey or sugar? Nada.

Every so often I get the urge to drink chocolate milk. When I used to go out to eat all the time, I would usually get chocolate milk or hot chocolate (in winter months) instead of soft drinks.

1. What's your favorite beverage?
Water. I like an occasional red cream soda or horchata too.
2. Have you ever drank Irish coffee? (strong coffee with whiskey, cream and sugar)
Nope.
3. Have you ever had a bad experience drinking tea, chocolate or coffee?
Only when it’s too hot and I burn my tongue.
4. Tea with cream or just with honey or sugar?
Sometimes I add honey to spearmint tea to help with a cough.

1. What's your favorite beverage? Coffee with stevia and almond milk or cream. I like SF flavors like gingerbread, caramel and white chocolate.
2. Have you ever drank Irish coffee? (strong coffee with whiskey, cream and sugar) Yes, I've had that often but not lately.
3. Have you ever had a bad experience drinking tea, chocolate or coffee? I've had some green tea I ordered from amazon that I hated, it was bitter and had a weird flavor. I try to stick to Uncle Lee's organic green tea.
4. Tea with cream or just with honey or sugar? Green tea with stevia. I used to buy Trader Joes green tea with ginger but we're not likely to go there much now, it's too far from where we live now.

Rae dear, I too drink my coffee with stevia and cream. I'm doing a keto diet, so my sweet breads and bread are made with almond flour.
Love green tea too, and with ginger even more. During summer I love cold tea, my favorite is green - peppermint tea, with some cucumber pieces and mint leaves.

1. What's your favorite beverage? Pepsi, but I limit my consumption and mostly drink water.
2. Have you ever drank Irish coffee? (strong coffee with whiskey, cream and sugar) Nope, don't like coffee and rarely drink alcohol.
3. Have you ever had a bad experience drinking tea, chocolate or coffee? I like tea, but it often gives me the shakes (tannins???); chocolate milk/hot cocoa often doesn't "sit right" on my stomach so I rarely drink either. I don't like the taste of coffee.
4. Tea with cream or just with honey or sugar? Hot or iced Sugar on the rare occasion I drink it.

1. What's your favorite beverage? I mostly only drink water, but occasionally I will enjoy some fresh squeezed lemonade.
2. Have you ever drank Irish coffee? no
3. Have you ever had a bad experience drinking tea, chocolate or coffee? I can't remember any.
4. Tea with cream or just with honey or sugar? I'm not sure how I would drink tea now. I never do. When I was pregnant with my third child, I learned to make tea when my midwife suggested some specific herbs. I think I probably put honey in it. I know I put honey in tea later when I tried it again. I've never added cream/milk. I'm just not very interested in hot drinks. I have hot chocolate just once or twice each winter, just for fun.

I wonder if it was Matcha green tea. It is much more bitter.

1. What's your favorite beverage? Coffee, water and occasionally a diet coke :)
2. Have you ever drank Irish coffee? (strong coffee with whiskey, cream and sugar) I've tried it, but not so much a fan. I like my coffee just black
3. Have you ever had a bad experience drinking tea, chocolate or coffee? I've had some bad coffee and some stale tea, but overall not too many bad experiences :)
4. Tea with cream or just with honey or sugar? no cream, just a little sugar

1. What's your favorite beverage? Non-alcoholic: coffee with cream, no sugar. Alcoholic: red wine (esp. pinot noir).
2. Have you ever drank Irish coffee? (strong coffee with whiskey, cream and sugar) Yes. I do like an Irish coffee, but only as a special treat. For me, it's more of a dessert than a beverage!
3. Have you ever had a bad experience drinking tea, chocolate or coffee? Not that I can recall.
4. Tea with cream or just with honey or sugar? Tea with milk, no sugar.

I drink coffee in the morning, but tea in the afternoon. And I also drink a fair bit of water throughout the day.

1. What's your favorite beverage?
Coffee. Strong! 4-5 mugs every day. With milk, no sugar. Also, a nice flavoured tea, fruity and/or flowery tastes. Cold: Pepsi

2. Have youever drank Irish coffee? (strong coffee with whiskey, cream and sugar)
Oh, yes! Love it.

3. Have you ever had a bad experience drinking tea, chocolate or coffee?
Only if NOT drinking it daily.

4. Tea with cream or just with honey orsugar?
Milk and honey.

1. What's your favorite beverage? (Green)tea or water
2. Have you ever drank Irish coffee? (strong coffee with whiskey, cream and sugar) I've took a sip but I didn't like it. Here we also have spanish or Italian coffee, like them better.
3. Have you ever had a bad experience drinking tea, chocolate or coffee? I used to drink coffee but got stomach problems so I don not drink coffee for a few weeks now.
4. Tea with cream or just with honey or sugar? Nothing in it only when I got a cough

1. What's your favorite beverage? Diet Coke or red wine. I don't drink coffee at all and just recently found a couple teas that don't taste bad to me.

2. Have you ever drank Irish coffee? (strong coffee with whiskey, cream and sugar) Nope.

3. Have you ever had a bad experience drinking tea, chocolate or coffee? Just tasting coffee is a bad experience to me. :giggle It's so bitter. Ewww! Lol!

4. Tea with cream or just with honey or sugar? The tea that I like is one I've tried when I have a sore throat. It's called Throat Coat and tastes like honey. I've never tried tea with cream.

1. What's your favorite beverage? Tea in the morning, water during the day and at night if not water an occasional Snapple Raspberry No Sugar Iced Tea or Diet Wild Cherry Pepsi. I do love a Captain and Diet when out with friends too, lol!

2. Have you ever drank Irish coffee? I've tasted it. I don't like coffee so it's a waste of liquor.

3. Have you ever had a bad experience drinking tea, chocolate or coffee? Just when I burn my mouth... or when there's too much rum. :giggle

4. Tea with cream or just with honey or sugar? Tea with a smidge of milk and splenda.

1. What's your favorite beverage? Hot tea (PG Tips with Typhoo being second) I love dark, strong, black teas.

2. Have you ever drank Irish coffee? (strong coffee with whiskey, cream and sugar) Yes

3. Have you ever had a bad experience drinking tea, chocolate or coffee? Only hot chocolate. If I eat chocolate, my mouth goes numb. I'm sure I am allergic to it, but I will push through the numbness and eat (or drink) it anyway. LOL

4. Tea with cream or just with honey or sugar? Tea with cream and sugar. When I was little and sick, Mom would force hot tea with lemon down me. So I hated tea, I'm sure it was the association of tea & lemon with not feeling well. And then coffee became my beverage of choice. But in the 1990's, we visited Victoria, BC and attended a high tea where they served black tea with cream and sugar. I was in love. Now, while I will occasionally drink hot coffee, I much prefer it cold as in an iced latte.
