I attempted to use the speed scrap coupon toward the purchase of a set of templates in today's SOSN. The coupon was accepted bringing my store total to zero. When I clicked on I accept the terms, this is the message I got: Error: Payment processing gateway is not available. Please try again later. Please contact administrator and report the error(s). I'm afraid that if I try again later that I will have lost the use of my coupon. Please advise what to do.
@lmccandless any thoughts on what's going on? @bonnenuit Judy, have you tried a second time? I was just able to check out using a coupon code. Maybe it was a weird glitch?
That error sounded more like a glitch that a coupon problem, but I understand the fear of loosing your coupon.
