Translation of description;
On January 9, 2023 I decided; 'In 2023 I will be slim!' So this became my new slogan. I follow a 100 days program from Skinny Minds and want to lose more than 20 pounds. To achieve this I eat a basic diet of 1350 calories per day.
I stay in control of my eating behavior by motivating myself , to weigh daily and with quotes like “Poor me remains too fat”, “I like it yes, but I don't want it all” and “if hunger is not the problem, food is not the solution.”
The difference with all previous waste attempts is that the result is permanent this time.
