How do you like your eggs?

I'm always reminded of the movie Runaway Bride with Julia Roberts and Richard Gere when I think about that question.

In the mornings, I make breakfast for an elderly lady. She likes her egg over easy with toast to dip in it. Sometimes, it goes to over medium but she kind and is okay with that.

I make my son Scrambled eggs. It's the only way he likes them. With cinnamon and sugar toast preferred.

Nick likes them however I make them. Usually somewhere between over medium and fried.

Me? I like scrambled with strawberry jam. Or I like toast and over medium or a slightly runny fried egg.

How about you? Do you like eggs? What's your preference?

DIPPY EGGS!!!

I like my eggs dippy (warm runny yolk) with toast or hash browns, I like scrambled eggs, I like western omelets (ham, cheddar cheese, onion and green peppers), I like fried egg sandwiches (toast, slice of cheddar and two eggs). And deviled eggs, of course. Mmmmmmm ... eggs!!!

My grandson likes scrambled with cinnamon sugar and buttered toast.

No runny yolks ever. :disagree
Scrambled for me with milk and cheese mixed in. Any kind of cheese. I’ve been using feta lately. And everything but the bagel seasoning in them too.

Scrambled all the time.

At family gatherings, I consume a whole lot of deviled eggs since that is not something I make for myself.

Over easy
Scrambled
Boiled

I love deviled eggs, egg salad, omelettes, boiled eggs with Louisiana Hot Sauce and 12 grain bread (toasted)

I love eggs!! and usually have 1 every morning for breakfast with bacon. I usually have them over easy - gotta have all the white cooked but love the runny yolk. If I having bread (English muffin or bagel), then I have a scrambled egg and bacon the toasted bread, with a cream cheese layer.

I love deviled eggs but rarely make them myself. My friend eats a hard boiled egg for breakfast each morning.

My 1st fave is a homemade egg mcmuffin with a plant based sausage patty, fried egg and cheese on an english muffin. My 2nd fave is fast and easy and I'll often have this with hashbrowns, a sunnyside up egg on buttered toast, open face on plate, with salt and pepper.

I like mine scrambled with cheese, or if they're fried, no runny yolks. I've been accused of eating "rubber eggs". Hahaha

Eggs Benedict, or medium poached.
Sunny side - but the white must be cooked through.
Scrambled will do, but it isn't my first choice.

I love eggs and eat them almost every day. If I don't eat them for brkfst I'll have some for lunch.

I like over-easy.
I like scrambled with some feta, mushrooms and spinach.
I like egg sandwiches with thin everything bagels.

Any way I can get 'em :)
My favorite is over easy, but I like boiled, scrambled, benedict, poached, egg salad, deviled eggs, on a sandwich...you name it lol
I take two hard boiled eggs to work for breakfast every morning.

Yay! Someone who knows about dippy eggs!

Every morning I have scrambled eggs and veggies wrapped in a flour tortilla. Here's one I photographed before wrapping it up earlier this year. I vary the veggies and seasonings, but almost always include nutritional yeast and flaxseed meal.
I also enjoy fried eggs with runny yolk and hard boiled eggs occasionally.

Growing up I thought "dippy eggs" was a family name, as an adult I'm amazed at how many people call them that.

I forgot that I like cold hard-boiled eggs too ... I just rarely boil eggs unless I'm making deviled eggs.

No runny eggs so no soft boiled or poached.
I will eat them boiled, fried (yolk must be cooked throughly), scrambled (with/without milk, cheese, butter, breakfast meat), omelets, deviled.

I'm fussy about eggs. I basically don't want to see a yolk, so will only eat egg dishes where the whites and yolks are beaten or mixed together. I love scrambled eggs, cheese omelettes, and egg salad. No fried, poached, soft-boiled, etc.

I still like cinnamon sugar toast! Glad to know my kid isn't alone in that!

Also, I love Dippy Eggs! That's a great name.
