We as a family go thru some eggs. I hard boil 12 at a time (yeah instapot) and we put them in our top raman too!
Breakfast burritos are another big winner in our house too. I can toss a multitude of left overs in an omelet also!

My favorite is in an egg sandwich, cheese and bacon...yummy. Eating one as I type! lol

Do you like eggs? what is your favorite way to have them!?

We love eggs. In Pittsburgh, we eat dippy eggs. Other people may call them over-easy or sunny-side up. But here, you have to flip them over just quickly enough to turn the top of the yolk a little white, but not enough to harden it. We also like egg salad on toast for breakfast.

Yes! But, no runny yolk. That's caca.

I love to make egg salad sandwiches with guacamole instead of mayo.
I love breakfast burritos with salsa.

We have three chickens that are all giving us eggs now so we get about three eggs a day. We don't eat eggs daily so it's worked out pretty well for us. :)

Right now my fave way is scrambled eggs with green hot sauce and medium hot chili sauce overtop, with sauteed mushrooms, onions and peppers mixed it. Yum!

This had me rolling! I have to be in a mood for runny yolk, but they can't be super runny either LOL!!!

I eat eggs almost every ding-dong day!! Truth be had, I'm a little over them...I love guac deviled eggs!

Yes! But, no runny yolk. That's caca.

The hotel chef used to bring us egg, bacon and cheese sandwiches with mayo on our breaks. I'd never had one with mayo. I now make them at home that way and also add a bit of dijon mustard for a little extra kick!

We love eggs and it's in our regular rotation of dinner meals. :) DH can make them any way... I can scramble or fry em up... but haven't mastered runny ones. Maybe because I don't like runny ones? :giggle We love our diners here in NJ, so my fav is a Taylor Ham, Egg and cheese on a bun! NOM NOM! I love a good omelette with tomatoes, peppers, onions and American cheese. Now... I want some!

We often eat eggs. One of our favorite meals is fried potatoes and either scrambled or fried eggs. I love runny yolks to dip the potatoes or some toast in. But I don't like the whites to be runny even a little bit. And I don't like just plain whites. Have to have the yolks with them. :) And my scrambled eggs have to be fairly "dry". I don't like moist scrambled eggs at all!

I have to admit that I don’t love eggs. I eat them and all, but I don’t necessarily enjoy it. I prefer scrambled.

What I do like about eggs is that my picky vegetarian daughter likes them

We eat eggs in our house every day. My hubby loves them over easy with Cholula Hot Sauce. I also love over easy served on a piece of buttered toast.
Love egg salad sandwiches
Deviled eggs are da bomb!
Omelets!

We don't eat many eggs but we should because I end up throwing away half the cartoon full. We normally use eggs in recipes for baking. I don't bake a lot and that's why I end up throwing them out. However, I did use the instantpot to boil up a bunch last week to eat before they went bad. I had them with a salad and just plain as a snack. It was really nice having a few in the fridge to snack on for a couple of days. Tons healthier than munching on a bag of chips... hehe!

Every six months during LDS General Conference weekend my hubby cooks his conference breakfast for us. It's scrambled eggs with real bacon pieces, full size bacon, hashbrown patties and orange juice. We all look forward to it and love it! I'm weird in that I love to pour syrup over my scrambled eggs. I don't know why, I just do. Maybe it's from my childhood of when my mom would make us pancakes and scrambled eggs. The syrup would run all over the plate and get on my eggs and I liked it... hehe!

My mom also made us what she called eggs in a hole. She would butter both sides of a piece of bread and cut a hole in the middle. Then she would put it on the griddle and break an egg in the hole. When the egg white got cooked enough she would flip the whole thing over and cook the other side just enough to get the egg white cooked so the yolk would still be runny. Then, she'd top it with the cut out center. We loved dipping our lid and toasted bread in the yolk. I guess kinda like Donna's @djp332 dippy eggs. I had forgotten about the eggs in a holes that my mom used to make. I haven't made those for my kids in a long time. I'll have to see if I've got some bread and eggs and maybe that's what we'll have for dinner tonight. Thanks for the egg-cellent idea @AnneofAlamo

We consume LOTS of eggs in this house. I think they're nearly a perfect food, so nutritious and not expensive. I usually scramble mine with veggies and wrap them up in a flour tortilla. But I also like fried egg sandwiches, or just fried eggs. Growing up, my mom made fried potatoes and bacon to go with fried eggs and I loved that, with runny yolks. But I haven't learned to make good fried potatoes yet.

We also hard boil them. My 14 year old daughter, the other person besides me who eats the most eggs in our family, loves to make deviled eggs.

I love eggs, but they don't love me! I do better with free range and/or organic eggs.

I absolutely LOVE deviled eggs, hard boiled eggs topped with Louisiana hot sauce and served with buttered toast, scrambled egg sandwiches with mayo and mustard, egg salad sandwiches, over easy eggs with bacon, toast, grits, etc. When I was eating low carb, I loved to make scrambled eggs topped with grated extra sharp cheddar cheese and served with salsa.

We love eggs. My daughter's friend is raising chickens so we get our eggs from her now. I love that I know they are local, organic and from happy hens!!
Our favorite ways to have them are soft poached (in an egg poacher) on top of a bed of hash browns cooked with bacon, onions, mushrooms and peppers, scrambled with cheese and mushrooms, or my #1 fave in eggs benny with ham, or spinach, or smoked salmon - yum!

We love eggs, too!! I have 2 hard boiled with an english muffin every morning for breakfast. But I love them all kinds of ways...fried over easy (runny, runny!!), scrambled with cheese, egg sandwiches, egg salad, deviled eggs, and I can make a mean omelet! I learned in college...our dining hall had an omelet bar and I had one for lunch every day, so watching them was how I learned to make them. I also love them on a big juicy hamburger or on top of the hashbrowns. Oh and Bob Evans restaurant has a dish with fried eggs on top of roast beef...yumm!! @keepscrappin, that eggs in a hole is one of my DH's favorite things to make!

If everyone in our house was happy to eat them cooked the same way, i think we'd have them more but it's mainly DH that will eat (and cook) them on weekends (subtext: but not wash up :/ )

Omelets!

Mmmmm...Cholula....I buy the biggest bottle I can find. :)

I love eggs.
I usually eat scrambled daily. Sometimes an omelet. Often a breakfast burrito with scrambled egg, vegan cheeze shreds and bacon or sausage, topped with a bit of taco bell mild sauce.
I like a fried egg on a burger. The creamy middle gives a similar flavor to melted cheese.
I love fried rice with egg.
I like boiled eggs as a snack when I am out.
At thanksgiving recently the ONLY food that was free from dairy was the deviled eggs.

Since I am allergic to milk/dairy and can't eat out really at all, I often take things with me to eat on the way. On the plane home from London, I knew I couldn't eat a single thing (American sucks at food allergies) so I packed up my British bagel (the foods there are SO much better on allergens) with egg and bacon and my salted beef sandwich and hard boiled egg. Thank goodness too b/c it really saved the day. It's a long flight. lol.
