It was such a fun and busy weekend. Happy DSD!

What was your favorite part of DSD weekend? Worst part? What would you like to see for next time?

My favorite part is that it got me scrapping more. The worst part was when I had other obligations that prevented me from attending chats. Oh, of the things TLP can control? :D The worst part is :hummm having to make a color palette for the BYOC challenge to be able to achieve a blackout on the Bingo card. But no hard feelings; it's not too hard to make a very simple one from a photo of my own. I wouldn't mind if that item was replaced with something else though, like make a page with 100 words of journaling, something easy like that. :rollin

Next time? It's pretty perfect already. I honestly think our TLP events are awesome with a wonderful variety of activities whether you want to shop, scrap, or play games. The only real problem I had was with my own schedule. Can you make sure to schedule the next one so I'll have no schedule conflicts? :lol

Oh! I thought of something. It's minor. Closing the Pick Your Prize threads before DSD threads go live would make forum navigation easier. I do know about marking forums as read; I do that every day for the duration of Pick Your Prize because I use the New Posts page for most of my forum reading.

Thank you for another fun event! Are we having a Halloween bash next? :yourock

The games and speed scraps are probably my favorite part. THANK YOU for intense prep work I know you do for the event. It shows and is appreciated. The 3 Things About You was my fav this year. It was so fascinating to learn such random things about each other.

I absolutely LOVE the collabs - every year I think they are the best EVER, until the next year. I don't know how you guys do it year after year.

Other than do this monthly? LOL . . . kidding (kinda).

My fav part is definitely the scraps - the challenges almost always get my creativity going.
My least fav part - there was just SO MUCH going on, sometimes I felt a little overwhelmed. But, then, some people need that so no reason to change just for me.

I personally love the sales and chats! :)
I love seeing everyones pages in the gallery
Speed scraps are fun and a neat way to scrap things
Love the games too.. the designer trivia was a great way to learn more about our fab designers
I LOVE how much goes into this..sets the pad away from other sites that do little for the DSD.. besides sales

I'm sorry I had to miss it all!
But, I got to see my daughter get married and my son come home from the middle east after 407 long days!! My DSD weekend was amazing!!
I did pop in a few times and I always love seeing all the amazing participation and inspiration!!

CONGRATS to your daughter!!! and how exciting to see your son again! :) sounds like an exciting weekend for you

While we missed you around here Jan, what a fabulous reasons to be away from here! Yahoo! How was the wedding? I can't wait to see pictures showing up in your gallery. And I can't imagine having my son away for that long. Talk about packing a lot of emotion in one weekend! You must be exhausted!

Apart from the fact time zones prevent me from attending live events 80% of the time and sucky currency exchange rates prevent me from going too crazy there’s not much I’d change. To be fair DSD kind of snuck up on me this time around which didn’t help.

This is always such a fun event! It's tough to pick a favorite part - I love the Rockstar Bingo (though I didn't quite finish this time), and the new Logic Challenge was a blast. I so appreciate all the work that goes into making this one of the best digi events!

I loved all of the slow scraps and bellbird's fun logic puzzle and word search. Of course the full house of new product on Saturday was nice too. :beat:heartlub:hehe

I enjoyed all the chats and the scraps. Got loads of pages done. I liked the logic puzzle too - been a long time since I did one of those.
thank you

Oh Jan, the pictures I saw were gorgeous!! Congrats to your daughter and how awesome that your son got to come home!! I know you're a Happy Mom!!:beat:beat:beat:beat:beat

I didn't do so well attending the chats :( but I loved all of the scrapping. I always love a challenge! Thanks to all of you who worked so hard to put this together!

I didn't participate as much as usual, but I did get 8 pages done, which is the most I have done since May or so. So I am glad. Thanks for the motivation.

i like seeing so many pages filling the gallery and also so many people commenting :clappy

Fav. Games... and chats..... scrapping..
didn't like......ehh..... emmm....ahm ???

Thanks for all the fun and the great sale! My favorite parts of DSD were the slow scraps that helped me get a page done, like the template and recipe challenges. My least favorite part is the short timeline. I know that so much work goes into creating all the challenges and games, and because of limited time I was only able to participate in a fraction of them. TLP already has a pretty long DSD weekend compared to other sites (thank you!) but I'd love it if the deadline for scrapping challenges was a day or two later.
