The Happy Planner ones are built quite well, although the price may put you off. I even punched a plastic dashboard recently and it worked fine.
I use a Happy Planner punch. I love that I can add in all kinds of things, like notes on other papers or drawings, etc. It was a bit pricey, but it's definitely an investment that I think is important if you are using a Happy Planner or similar disc bound systems.
