December daily and, or Journal Your Christmas

I'm going to do something. I started JYC several years ago and December Daily as well. I never ever finish them because I end up feeling like I don't like a certain layout or I miss a couple of days and then get frustrated with myself, but I decided this year that I will just do what I can and that will be better than not doing anything at all. I really like the idea of using holiday memories or traditions to fill in on the days where there isn't something holiday oriented because it seems like most days there really isn't much to document. I think I am finally going to let go of my inner perfectionist and just have a little fun. *gasp*

And did you see Sara's Pear Tree template album???? Wowza. I think I might just have to put that little baby into action. :D I LOVE LOVE LOVE that it is in different sizes.
 
I did start doing Sherrie JD's Countdown To Christmas last year and made up most of my pages but never got into the journalling part of it....the creating was more fun though! So this year, I've started the December Daily using one of Katie Perteit's albums and Krista's Kitschy Christmas kit. Having pre-made digi templates will make it much easier for me to keep up with it all so hoping I can make it through to the end of the month!

A huge part of me is screaming to do hybrid on this, but I am worried that I will not actually keep up. I have designed some base pages, but am reluctant to print. I am so nervous that it won't line up with what I have to add for each day. I think I just need to bite the bullet and get it done. I am a bit of a perfectionist, but love the different sizes and elements look. Is there a way to plan randomness?!?
 
I also decided to do sort of a combo of JYC and a daily album. I decided I would try and use some of Sara Gleason's templates that I've been {ahem..} collecting for this album. But because I've been collecting Christmas digi-stuff for years, quite a bit isn't 75%. Once I break out that Kitschy Christmas kit, you'll see some pages though!
