December Daily 2011

Definetly a cute kit! I've never touched a paper product so I doubt that this should be my first venture! Good luck to all of you though! I can't wait to see your pages! :)

trish, doing it on the blog is a fabulous idea! i'm not entirely sure i'll make it if i try to do this project scrapping, but i could probably pull it off on the blog.

I am not doing the december daily but I am hoping to finish my December Traditions album I started last year. My family and I have so many fun traditions we do each year and I want to be sure to get them all documented for my kids for years to come in hopes that they will pass along some to their families. Here is a little sample of what I did last year. Very easy peasy.

I'm in! I tried doing it two year ago and haven't finished it. I did travel for two of the three weeks though, so that was part of why I didn't finish. I'm going hybrid....I think. I can't decide on the size though, and that is really dragging my motivation down. :td I'm off to look at some of the links you all provided. Maybe it will help with my motivation!

I thought about it, but I probably won't be doing it this year. December is going to be a bit too crazy for me to attempt side projects in addition to my other commitments. Maybe next year. But whenever I do it, it'll be digital for sure.

I am thinking this for me too *sigh* I am hoping someone *coughSara* puts out something really fun and easy for me to do but I can't commit to a major thing. I LOVE the SC kit but I just can't swing it! :(

Ohhhh btw...
:whistle

TLP does have something really GREAT coming for you December Daily/JYC/P365 ladies...

Wait until you guys see what we have cooking up! I was actually going to plunk down the money for the kit, but it's sold out and Ali said they are not making anymore, which is ok..I will be doing a digital version this year. Maybe we need a December Daily support forum here? We can keep each other motivated :)

I'd love to do this, but I know my limits. It's just unrealistic to think that I have anywhere near the hours this would take! Maybe next year after we've moved and I'm not working anymore.

I've done Shimelle's JYC for the last...mmm...I think 3 years. It dovetails nicely with December Daily. The cool thing is she lets you repeat the workshop every year for free after your initial class payment.

Where do I sign up for her class. I think I am going to jump on this. Christmas is my favorite time of year and I am determined to scrap it all this year.

I bought all the stuff for one 2 years ago, got it half way prepared in advance and then never did anything with it. This year though - I am determined I am going to do it. I just took all the stuff I prepared from 2 years ago and am adding to it. I plan to do all my prep work the week of Thanksgiving. I am doing it mostly paper but some hybrid. I have a lot of family coming in for Thanksgiving so I think I am going to run mine from Nov 23 through Dec 31. I couldn't see shelling out the money for that Studio Calico kit although it was very cute. I still wound up spending about $60 on supplies though so far. I still am going to need a few things. I would love for us to have a support forum!

I'm planning to go forward and try this year. Didn't want to go with a kit I won't use so decided I'll do mine with a Composition Notebook. I'll alter the cover and go from there.

I like the idea of a group. I need motivation!

I plan on doing it this year. :) I had a crazy summer and fell off the project 365 wagon, so I am hoping this will help me end with a bang. :)

Heh, I'm glad I stumbled over this thread. I'm doing a hybrid seasonal album, though no pressure towards daily. I was looking at previews of the kit and briefly considered ordering it. Next time I remembered about it, I saw it was sold out. So I never saw the price. Now I can relax and enjoy my own supplies, never would I've been willing to pay that. :)
