Do you have daylight savings where you live?
Yes

When does the time change where you live?
6th April & 28th September this year

Are you "springing forward" or "falling back"?
Falling back in April, Springing forward in September

Do you like the time change?
Not really at least initially as it takes me about a week to feel normal and in routine again but I do like the lighter evenings that daylight savings brings so the adjustment phase is worth it in the long run

Any tips or tricks for adjusting to the time change?

Honestly just not putting pressure to do much on the first day helps immensely but also being kind to myself if I feel more tired especially during the adjustment phase

Are you "springing forward" or "falling back"? Spring Forward
Do you like the time change? Yes as it gets me excited that a new season is coming! (I like the longer time of sunlight!)
Any tips or tricks for adjusting to the time change? I change the clocks at 6pm before on the oven and anything that doesn't change automatically so I get used to the new time ahead of the time change :)

When I was in my youth and I was out at the bars on the weekend, I was happy with the Fall time change as that meant an extra hour out. The Spring, we would be home an hour earlier as the time would move forward!

Do you have daylight savings where you live?
Yes, we do :)

Are you "springing forward" or "falling back"?
We are springing forward!

Do you like the time change?
LOVE it!! I'm so excited! I thrive when there is more light in the evening!

Any tips or tricks for adjusting to the time change?
Not really. It doesn't bother me much. I'll probably just have a hard time going to bed when I should for a little while.

Hate it with a passion! Takes me about a week to adjust. And we really don't need it - the evenings get lighter anyway with spring coming. Mid-june the sun hardly sets at all. And when we fall back - that's when we could use more light. It's always a shock to the system.

Any tips or tricks for adjusting to the time change?
Not really. I just tend to hate the world for a week. I guess my best tip is lots of chocolate and coffee.

Do you have daylight savings where you live? Yep

When does the time change where you live? Tonight at 2 a.m.

Are you "springing forward" or "falling back"? springing forward

Do you like the time change? Love it. I'm a night owl so stay up later than most people. So I hate the sun rising so early in the morning to wake me up.

Any tips or tricks for adjusting to the time change? I've never really had an issue and now that I'm retired, I really don't notice it. Like @cfile, I change the clocks that aren't automatic early.

Do you like the time change? It doesn't really bother me. But the dogs keep wanting to be fed at their "normal" time, they take the longest to adjust!
Any tips or tricks for adjusting to the time change? DH changes the clocks that don't automatically change before he goes to bed (he stays up later than I do).

I really dislike the time changes. We spring forward on the last Sunday of March.

I think we are the only state in the US that does not participate in daylight savings and I'm glad about that. The only difficulty is that I work with people in other parts of the country and it can be a little confusing when everyone else's time is changing to track times for meeting and things like that.

We changed our time overnight (springing forward), and it usually doesn't bother me, but when I had kids at home it was awful! At least for a couple of days. Seems so unnecessary.

I live in Arizona and we don't change, but like @dawnmarch it can still cause some confusion with keeping track of the time difference changes across the country. I'm retired, so it doesn't affect me as much now, but I remember it was so frustrating to have meetings that were scheduled in other time zones automatically change on me.

I had no idea that different areas did their time changes on different dates! As if this whole stupid time change thing isn't confusing enough! We sprung forward on Saturday night. I don't love the time changes as it messes me up for several days. My body know the time and it doesn't match the clock! Lol. I used to work super early morning hours and this spring time change always killed me. The one in the fall messed me up this year a lot too and normally that one doesn't bother me as much. It's all weird and should just go away!

Sprung forward 2AM Saturday night/Sunday morning ... not a fan. I wish we'd just stick with standard time like Arizona and Hawaii do.

All my answers here. This is the timezone I prefer because we actually get a REAL EVENING to do things as a family & get outside.

Any tips or tricks for adjusting to the time change?
Nope. I’m just thankful when we lose an hour that after a week it feels normal again.

Are you "springing forward" or "falling back"? Sprang forward March 9
Do you like the time change? I dislike the process but appreciate the light pattern :) - I mean I love that it's not light soooo early (waking me up before I need to get up) and then it is light more in the evening (when we can enjoy a dog walk after my DH is home) :)
Any tips or tricks for adjusting to the time change? I don't stay up late/sleep in extra before the change since it would be extremely extra after the change making it more difficult later. It's nice if you can wake up a little early for a few days leading up to it to transition rather than have to do it all at once :wub
