Rent a tandem bike and trek around the nature center.
Go bowling on rock and bowl night.
Go roller skating.
Go ice skating.
I'll post more as I remember. LOL
Ride the trolley in old town.
Ride the rail runner to Santa fe. Stay the night or just grab dinner or a snack and ride it back to town.
