It's REALLY faint. If you hover your mouse you should be able to just click it. (I am on my phone so I just tapped the right side of the image.) And that link @umyesh provided pulled up the GC page for me, so hopefully it works for you, too!

If you hover on the picture on the home page right above the second E in the word 'Storyteller' that will give you the arrow. Sometimes it is hard to see.
And for anyone else unable to see the arrow, store banners at many websites usually rotate through images on their own. TLP's banners rotate every few seconds, no scrolling or arrow needed.
@umyesh @Farwen @cfile ....one last follow up.... I see it (GC)now... No arrow... it scrolls alternating between it and another topper ...just goes round and round... Possibly different browsers...? Thanks again for all the help. Laura has contacted me and with some effort has resolved my other issues... She could not find any of my support tickets???? I sent a bunch... I looked up a confirmation email to get the ticket number, and she was able to find it/them... all is good.... Thanks again for all your help...

I cannot get in contact with the customer service, I tried to contact them twice already (ticket 20922 and 20855) but I can't login the helpdesk site to see if there is any reply and I didn't get any e-mail in my inbox.
