Apparently it's international crocks day. A day celebrating a particular type of modern foot wear was not something I expected to find on the calendar today. Do you own any? Do you like wearing them?

I have some and I find them very uncomfortable for walking any distance, but they do come in handy. I can easily slip my feet into them to go and hang out the washing etc. Primarily we use them on the beach to protect our feet from spiky fish and sharp rocks etc.

Way back when I wore them but I've had foot issues for years now so it's good shoes and custom orthotics for me now.

I'm not sure if I've ever owned a pair of crocs for myself, but my boys loved them when they were little and I think my hubby owns a pair that he uses for easy on and off shoes around the yard.

I have odd shaped feet so "regular" Crocs rub my toes wrong. I did have a pair of Croc wedge sandals that I loved ... I wore them for years until the "sole" wore smooth. I'd love to buy another pair, but (of course) they don't make/sell that style anymore. :(

I hate them and find them so ugly. Gag.. but Bianca loves them and my son wore them all the time when he was little (he has better taste now thank gosh)...
So only Bianca is crazy for them now

I prefer my flats or. .toms or Bobs or boat shoes .... yup...

I had crocs that were flip flops, they were amazing until I wore them to breaking point.
I haven't had the "ugly" version.

I wear Croc flip flops regularly. I inherited my first pair from my mother in law and now they’re the only flip flops I wear. I would wear them year round but my feet freeze when I try to wear them on snowy days. ;)

My oldest wears classic Crocs in between softball games when she doesn’t want to wear her cleats all day.

I had a pair that looked like a regular flat shoe. On the website, the Brooklyn Flat style is what they looked like. I didn't like the other styles at all. I got rid of them years ago because they just weren't enough support for my feet.

There were 5 of us from a former scrapbooking board that all attended a wedding in 2008 (one was the bride, one an attendant, one the photographer and 2 of us were guests). We had a photo taken of our feet with our Crocs. 3 were the flip flop style, mine was the flat style and the other one was a sandal with 2 thin straps. And, the one other attendant that was not a scrapbooker also had a pair of the flip flop style so we took a photo with her in it as well!

My kids were fans of the regular crocs when they were younger, and my little nephew (he is 4) loves crocs, but they never gave me enough support so I wasn't too impressed with them for me. I wear inserts in most of my shoes now, to help with arch support.

I do not own any crocs but I have thought about it from time-to-time for wearing around the yard. Or, since I'm in the desert southwest, maybe these. :rollin

I love my Crocs!! I alternate between them and my Birkenstocks just about every day now. I have 3 pairs...black, red, and a muted tie-dye. All of my kiddos and grand kiddos love them as well. As a matter of fact, I just purchased Croc lights for all of them for Christmas and they crack me up! I figured they would be good for walking dogs after dark lol. My youngest is a huge Jimmy Buffet fan and his favorite pair are these:

Christmas lights for crocs! wow, that sounds fun. Shhhhh, don't tell Joy.

Once upon a time I was really in to them because they had multiple styles in a size 4. Once they stopped agreeing that, I lost interest.
