there is one I love for a lemon chicken, I ll try finfd in my already over crowded Pinterest home cooking board, and thanks for posting this.., I ll be copying some into my own recipes book!!! I love to find the ones in Pinterest that have 100 recipes for crow pot, but I find that most of them are not very healthy, or take ingredients like ready made soup cans and stuff like that... now I have a canellini bean soup with Kale recipe, not for the crok pot but takes all together barely 40 minutes, which isn't that much for the kind of food you get, I ll copy the recipe and bring it over, I have it from a paper magazine, is a favorite of Sarita for winter!!!

Orange chicken 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, thawed ¾ cup Smuckers Sweet Orange Marmalade ¾ cup of BBQ Sauce 2 tbsp. Soy Sauce Cook chicken in crockpot on HIGH for 3 hours {covered} After 3 hours, drain juices from crockpot At this point… you can either leave the chicken breasts whole, or remove, cut into cubes, and transfer back to crockpot. Mix together bbq sauce, orange marmalade, and soy sauce. Pour mixture over chicken, and cook on high for 30 more minutes {covered}
Baked Potato Soup 1 (32 oz.) bag frozen hash browns 1 (32 oz.) box chicken broth 1 (10 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated, plus extra for garnish 3/4 cup crumbled bacon, plus extra for garnish 1/2 teaspoon fresh rosemary, minced kosher salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste Combine hash browns, cheddar cheese, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, bacon bits and cream cheese in slow cooker.Season with salt and pepper, then use a spoon to break up cream cheese and mix things together. Place lid on slow cooker and cook on HIGH for 3 hours, stirring occasionally, or until potatoes are tender. Taste and adjust seasoning, if necessary. Garnish with rosemary and/or more cheddar cheese and bacon bits. Serve and enjoy!
I just made carnitas in the slow cooker today. I'll freeze them for later since I made 2 pork roasts today.
