Today is National Corn on the Cob day!
I almost picked up some in the store yesterday, but passed it by. I love corn on the cob, not fan of eating it in public, because messy lol, but I do love it!
And curious minds want to know:
Do you like corn?
On the cob or off or both?
And, if you like corn, which one are you?

I'm an A :giggle

It has been years since I've had corn on the cob. I usually don't buy or make it for myself. Then with the teeth that would break just eating scrambled eggs, I never tried again. I could eat it again with the implant teeth.

As for how I eat it... A all the way!

I love corn on the cob....especially Michigan farms sweet corn. We have some of the best considering we're in the "corn belt" lol

I love to steam it and eat it off the cob with a lil butter and salt. But I also love cutting it off too!

I love it, on the cob, off the cob, does not matter.. my favorite is the white shoepeg corn or the yellow & white which I think they call butter & sugar? not sure but it is the best!

Eating it on the cob, an A :)

I love corn on the cob! I usually eat it on the cob to make sure to get the most corn in my belly! :giggle Until my youngest got braces, I'd never cut it off the cob before. He loves to eat it, but braces makes it not worth the mess. Lol.

When I eat corn on the cob, I eat like a typewriter!

My husband is from Nebraska and went to the University of Nebraska- Lincoln, so he is a CornHusker in all ways-- he makes the BEST corn-on-the-cob on the grill. We shuck the corn, then butter and salt it, then wrap each cob in foil. After it is grilled it is just wonderful! We are waiting a bit yet to get some good local corn, should be ready in early July. All of us eat it typewriter style-- we went through periods of cutting it off due to braces on each kid, but no one still has braces anymore.

That is really the best way to fix corn. In my 20's I shared an apartment with another girl and we had a hibachi grill on a very small balcony. Her boyfriend at that time showed us this method of fixing corn. I kept fixing it this way even after she moved out until I moved to a different apartment... with no balcony. And, I wasn't about to use the grill inside so I got rid of it.

Corn on the cob is great! Typewriter eater here too! When my son was younger, he used to be a random biter (picture C)...

I eat corn on the cob just a couple times a year. I'm not sure I have a system for it, so probably just random bites. I also often cut it off so I can add it to whatever else I'm eating. As for whether I like it, I'm neutral. I eat it for variety in my diet, but I don't love it.

Love corn!

I'm an A with a little B mixed in....

Do you like corn? Yes

On the cob or off or both? Both

And, if you like corn, which one are you? A typewriter rows, no butter salt or pepper, just plain
