Cold medicine

I stay away from OTC because of my different prescriptions unless I've been given instructions by my doctor followed with confirmation by the pharmacist.

Hubby does buy Nyquil (it's his fave) and usually for Daniel, I will take him to see the doctor before I try to guess what to give him.
 
I always get tonsillitis with a cold. So my first step is a shot of warm honey with chili powder & lemon juice. I always have those day/night cold packs around. I always buy my mom Theraflu. She's not a medicine person & it's one of the few things she'll agree to. I get the kids Tukol cough syrup for coughs, they get the honey minus chili for colds.
