Hi there and welcome to today's Speed Scrap!

Thank you to all who come to the chat and to everyone who participates in the speed scrap!! You will have until 4PM today to complete your page. Everyone who completes their page according to the instructions will receive a coupon. I will try to get them out to you as soon as possible after 4PM EDT Today.

Please post your completed layout in The Lilypad gallery under Speed Scraps and link here in this thread so I make sure to give you credit.

GALLERY RULES: Layouts must contain at least 50% TLP products. (Templates count as 15%.) Uploads must be less than 250k. List all credits; no off-site linking allowed.

Let's begin!!!

Here are the instructions:

Step 1) 1 photo portrait (orientation) style
Step 2) 2 - 3 papers your choice of solids/patterns
Step 3) page border (you can use a paper or solid color) (all 4 sides... can also be a painted border or a line)
Step 4) a word art/strip/JC (only one of the 3)
Step 5) paint splatter
Step 6) at least 9 elements of your choice (please note)
Step 7) Journaling and Date (Title is optional)

Optional Extra- 1 item of your choice (please note)

9 elements (2 wheat sprigs, button, staple, tape, beads, thread, 2 penciled frame )
No title (it is in my word strip card)
No optional extra item

I used a collection that will be in tomorrow's SOSN sale (that's a few hours from now!)

Step 3) page border (you can use a paper or solid color) (all 4 sides... can also be a painted border or a line) - done
Step 4) a word art/strip/JC (only one of the 3) - jc
Step 5) paint splatter - done
Step 6) at least 9 elements of your choice (please note) - button, confetti, painted fish, 3 flowers, 2 leaves, ribbon, 3 scribbles, splatter, trim
Step 7) Journaling and Date (Title is optional) - done

Mine is here with all credits:



9 elements: frame, brad heart, tiny kraft flower eyelet, cardboard heart, red tape, flower, label, messy thread, ribbon bit

Here's mine....I clipped 2 of the papers onto the clouds but I'm not sure whether that was allowed?I didn't count those as elements.

MY LIST
Step 1) 1 photo portrait --> vertical photo

Step 3) page border --> 4th paper
Step 4) a word art/strip/JC --> wordart (as a title)
Step 5) paint splatter --> behind the clouds

5. wordart circle
6. raindrop stamp
7. green pennant at the top
8. pink arrow
9. word art flag/label

Step 7) Journaling and Date --> children's rhyme and the date added

Step 1 - photo, Step 2 - 2 or 3 papers (I used 2 here), Step 3 - page border (used wooden paper to create frame border), Step 4 - word art (used as title), Step 5 - Paint splatter (yes), Step 6 - At least 9 elements of your choice (mine: stitched circles, punched paper piece, flower, bird, 2 butterflies (different ones), dragonfly, 2 blue branches), Step 7 - journaling and date (done).
 
Thank you so much, I enjoyed the chat , and the scrap. Here is mine 9 elements and all lol,1 bird, 1step with flowers ( 1 element),4 different pots, 1 paper strip, 1 string,and there is a blended strip behind the ladder .
