I've been sitting here on pins and needles waiting for my rejection letter and it still never came, but I just saw the new Polly's list and I now know that I didn't make it! Oh well, there is always next time!! Huge Congrats to everyone who was chosen!!!

 

Amber, I know that your e-mail kept coming back as undeliverable. We kept trying. We're so sorry it didn't get to you!

 

I just talked to Laura and she told me that as well. Very weird as the email she has is my primary that I use every day with no issues. She's emailing a different address instead. Thanks!!

Yep, I got the note last night. It certain!y was hard waiting, but fun at the same time. Everybody here is amazing and that's why I stay. Off to get the kids to swimming, come home and finish my 'chores' so I can finish thy the scrap therapy page I started last note

So happy for all the girls who made, congrats!!!

 

I'm not sad either, I was a little sad but that did not outweigh the feeling the No email gave me, still felt warm and fuzzy Very happy for the girls that made it!!!

 

I admit, I was a little sad but like I (and others) have said, the great thing about getting that personal email back was that it helped me focus on the areas where I'm a little weak and it gives me a goal/project to work on for the next time sometimes I know what I need to work on but it's a (good) kick in the pants to remind me so it's time to get back on track and good luck to everyone who's looking forward to the next Polly call (and good luck on getting chosen for a guest spot each month!)

 

Ladies, I just got through reading this thread (the first one after my home arrival this night and it makes me feel warm. I got my mail too and as at first there was an oh no feeling, the mail was indeed so personal and warm, one feels appreciated anyways.
Thank you everyone here and especially Laura for putting the time into everything.
I believe a very well deserved holiday is in order!
