Cheesecake | Pad patter 7.30

I flat out like cheese and often say it will be the death of me. Add lots of sugar to cheese, whats not to love??? Ha! I don't think I have a favorite, but a lemon cheesecake has it all - sweet, tart, creamy, crumbly (the crust) - its got all the flavors and feels.

Kinda? I like the fake cheap stuff in a box. Lol... I think it's Jello that makes it? That's shameful isn't it?! We did, however, go to NYC this year and I figured I had to try a NY style cheesecake since I was there. It was delicious! So now I don't know if I do or don't like the "real" stuff but I loved that one!


Do you have a favorite flavor/variation/topping?

Just plain, no toppings!
