Today is National Cheesecake Day!

I think cheesecake ranks up there as one of my all time favorite things ever! I love it so much and really wish I had some right now. I can't think of a single variation, topping, or flavor that I don't love. If someone says cheesecake, I'm all in! Our local frozen custard place had cheesecake as it's flavor of the week a little while back and it was amazing.

Yes I do! My daughter wanted to make one a few weeks ago. I bought her a mix from a box and she didn’t like it but I definitely did.

My mom’s tart cherry topping is probably my favorite but I’m with you and will take any cheesecake I can get.
 
Yes.. My Dad's plain NY Cheesecake... I have his recipe, but have not made it.. he passed away 11 years ago this year.. maybe one day soon I will try to make it in memory of him.
 
I do love cheesecake! My favorites are with cherry topping or with a layer of lemon meringue on top! Yummy!

I like the box mixes, too! It's cheesecake, what's not to like lol
I do love a tart cherry topping, too!!

Eh, it's not my favorite, I don't like just plain. It has to have something else to make it good. lol

A local bakery here makes really good (according to my family) cheesecakes, so my daughter wanted a huckleberry one for her birthday a few years ago and it was PHENOMENAL! So yum!

I didn't even really like cheesecake when I used to eat cow milk, so since I've stopped cow milk (a decade and a half ago) I haven't pursued any dairy alternative cheesecakes. I do remember the few times I did eat cheesecake, my favorite parts were fruit sauce and a cookie crumb crust. I still love fruit and cookies! :D

Huckleberry is one I have not tried, but it sounds amazing!!
 
I love the snickers cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory. It’s the only reason I go there. :giggle
 
I never met a cheesecake I didn’t like. Many, many, many years ago a coworker who loved to bake made me a pumpkin cheesecake. It was huge, but so yummy.
