i want to use numbers like this with the white and then filled with papers, paint. what are they ? are they in the store?

maybe not though ... it's missing the center 0 cut outs. it looks like a Liz template. wonder if it was a freebie on her blog?
I found Marnel's page in the Polly Gallery - she says in the credits the Numbers are by her (so she made it herself). I think Liz's template is really close.
