Can someone explain the points?

Here's how the system works for completing challenges
2 challenges = 10% off
4 challenges = 20% off
6 challenges = 30% off

If you complete all 7 challenges, you will receive a coupon for 30% off, plus you will be entered to win a guest spot on the Lilypad Creative Team!

You receive one coupon, which is not valid on CU items.

To get started, be sure to pick up the Freebies in the store, as well as liking TLP on Facebook. You'll have access to a free mega collab, Hoppy Birthday.

I was wondering if the coupon is good for a percentage off one item or an entire purchase? I completed my first monthly challenges last month! Yay! I'm trying to decide what I will use my discount for. Thanks so much!

I have one question, I am trying to use my points and they show the amount it would be discounted but the total amount doesn't get discounted by that it stays the same. Do I need to have enough points to buy one of the items in the cart or the full cart to work?

Hi Dalis, I've heard that you have better chances of getting it to work if you have enough points to cover the whole purchase. See here for example:

Hi Dalis,

Yes...your points need to cover the amount in your cart, my suggestion would be to place 1 order that you use your points to purchase and then put anything else in your cart in a separate order. If you need any help please feel free to PM or email me at [email protected].
 
I was just about to post about a problem using my points, but read through all the posts for some tips. I normally used Opera, so I switched to IE to do my order. I did want to buy BYOC items. I put them in my cart so that I had enough points for the whole order, then when I typed in how many to use, I upped the total by 1 point. It worked, so apparently BYOC items are fine. Just thought I'd let you all know in case switching browsers might help you.
