I seriously need some accountability! Here's my story..

In October, 2010 I weighed over 250# and decided it was time for a change (I'm only 5'4").. I started Weight Watchers and LOVE it! I lost 80lbs and feel, look so much better! I am still not in the clear though. I have another 30-40lbs to lose, but I have stalled SO bad!

So.. I'm hoping if I join in some accountability thread it will help me get on track again!

You betcha! The more the merrier, especially this time of year... we must all band together! I've been thinking of joining Weight Watchers again. I did it four years ago and lost almost 20 lbs. Now I've gained them all back. Grrr... Gotta keep counting those points. The only reason I don't want to is because they've switched their points since I did it and I don't know if I like the new method... do you find it weird?

Wow Tricia, that is one amazing weightloss so good on you but I always found it hard to maintain my weights as I'm a lifetime member at WW's in Australia. I did do the Pro Points system for the past few months and enjoyed it. Karen, it's not hard to follow but obviously different from the old way of counting points. I did this in conjunction with a personal trainer and now I'm no longer following WW's (I was doing it online) but am going by the advice my trainer has given me and cut out nearly all processed foods and drastically reduced my fat and sugar intake. I've not tracked for about 3-4 weeks now but I'm still losing weight because I now know what's better for me and I'm loving it. Just passed the 12 kilogram mark this week (is that about 26 pounds?) and I still need to lose another 15kgs. It's great that we can natter and support each other too :)
