Calling all Europeans (& everyone else willing to travel!!!)

Amsterdam would be awesome... I don't think I could go over seas without my girls!!! I mean I could miss DH for a couple of nights, but the girls...nope. But maybe if it would be brussels or something like that, I'm in!!!
 
Okay, I finally discovered the thread, yay!!! After I saw on fb you would come here, I was anxious to have the time to get to it!
So for me this will be the cheapest for me: Brussels or Paris. London too I think with Eurostar, but I have no experience with it. Amsterdam is also possible.

Oh, I would love to go to Disneyland too, but I think hubby and the boys will never forgive me if I do that without them.

Let's brainstorm further, but I 'm now following the thread, yay!!!

Ps. Has there been any take about the date? Because we are leaving to Mallorca this summer...
 
Oh, perhaps we should also consider the fact that there is terrorism going on in Paris these days. Things can change till then, but still...
And as you know (or not), in Belgium there has also been stuff going on and attacks have been prevented, but we are in security alert 3 at this moment...

I just hope things will clear out soon....
 
Hope finances will allow, ( not sure ) for me Copenhagen would be fantastic. (selfish reason so I can visit family after) but London , Eindhoven (in Holland , because Ryan Air goes there from Malta ), Belgium , well anywhere Ryan Air goes really .
would be fun to meet up. Crossing fingers about time and money.
 
Would love to come over! I would vote for London, but that's because my heart is always in York ;)

Unfortunately for this little Canadian, cheapest flight I could find was $1000 and our dollar is in the crapper. Also have a boy going away to college in the fall. :(

So jealous though and would live vicariously through all of you
 
I'll let the MOC finish - as Sarita is still recovering too, but as soon as she is up & about, I'll start looking into prices for every city and see if we can come up with a date....

it would be extremely joyful to my heart to be able to get us all together.... so, do you guys want to tell us what dates would be best?

Laura: if you tell us when is best for you, then we can start trying to fit...I spoke to a friend who has an agency and I think I can get prices for each city if we have the dates that would be possible....

I don't know if I have time as we are away so many times with our boys (Baseball).
My favorite city would be London...
 
Oh wouldn't it be amazing to meet you all for real :) I could def do London, but couldn't travel further this year because the pennies won't stretch :( x

Karen , yes, we are planning over Laura's schedule which would have to be August....but my thoughts were if everyone gave some dates they could make it...say in either month (of summer) an estimate date you can get away...then I would look when most can do it, then again same with city....
For me to find out prices I need at least a couple of prices...and you know how is it like...the earlier you book the cheaper it gets....

For visit - my dream is LONDON.
For vacation third year we will go to Greece - I love this country for vacation on the sea!!!

IF there was any possible way for me to make it July is open and probably early August. I would fly out of Detroit instead of Toronto.

My daughter starts school for the very first time 10 Aug. If I can manage it, it would have to be before that.
 
My first preference would be London too. And we ARE going to Disneyland during Easter break - the whole family DH and our two little girls yay!!! You can imagine the excitement for that!!!! Having said that I can look at Paris too..Its easy to get to. And canm get it cheap if booked in advance....
Guess its agreeing on dates and then we'd know how many people can make it. But AWESOME idea Cynthia...Being a newbie here, I can't wait to meet you all - put a person to a face LOL :)
 
Early August would be perfect for me - but really, if we go to London then any time of year is fine. If we end up in another city then I will need good time to save :)


If we do end up in London, I can recommend The Tune hotel in Lambeth, it's where I will probably stay because its very clean, tidy and sensible price!


Also, if we do London - we could go to Thorpe Park or maybe Chessington World of Adventures, instead of Disneyland :)

I've subscribed to this thread. If you organize this I'll do my best to get there. I have lots of Air Miles....

If I can't make it this year, next year we will for sure be going to France to tour with our album. Too bad it won't be ready on time to go this summer.
