Hello, I would like to know how it works with BYOC special offers. I have a shopping cart with only BYOC products for a total of $ 17,12. When I go to checkout I don't see a discount of 10% ? What i'm doing wrong ? Thanks for your help.
As far as I know the BYOC discounts automatically apply once you have the right $$ amount of current BYOC products in your cart.
But I don't see the difference between the product prices in the shop and in my shopping cart. And the amount should be $15 or more and I have more.
@Meg hopefully this makes more sense than my ramble above First screenshot is a cart under $15 (14.98 to be exact) Second screenshot has one new item added to it to bring the total up over $15 - its $15.20 but the extra discount has been automatically applied to the items as the three that were in my original cart are now lower in price
The only thing that would make it not work that I know of is if designers newsletter bundles are included in your cart as they are often excluded from the BYOC discount and will usually say that somewhere whether that be in the shop listing or in the designers newsletter
