Happy September and Happy Burnt Ends Day!

This day started to celebrate the points of a brisket that tend to get crispier. Anyone from the Kansas City area, evidently that's where they became famous.

I really like burnt ends, but not just brisket. I like the burnt ends of most things; chicken, pork, even bread, and pizza crust. DS will not eat anything close to looking burnt, not even brown. He doesn't even like a golden brown top on anything.

How about you? Are you a burnt ends fan?

Mmmmm yes to all the burnt ends! DH knows me well and just told me about burnt spaghetti where you cook the noodles in the sauce - it sounds like something I need to try!
