I'm not a big breakfast person. Usually just coffee and banana or something is enough for me. Of course- I married a BREAKFAST person- like he makes homemade waffles, pancakes, biscuits, scones etc etc. He LOVES him a big breakfast. He usually will make breakfast on the weekends and sometimes during the week on my work days when he's home with the kids. I don't mind any of those- but can't really stomach a huge breakfast until late morning, brunch time of day. He also doesn't like eggs- so I've had to train him how to properly prepare eggs- so that the rest of us can enjoy them. Or I make eggs & he does all the rest. Honestly, my favorite breakfast is probably just egg burritos my mom makes- scrambled eggs, tapatio hot sauce & homemade tortillas- can't beat that!
Double Greek yoghurt with low carb muesli/granola. Most days. Feeds the soul and is supposed to be healthy.
