Yippee! It's book club voting time again. I'm off to read about all of these great choices again so I can agonize over my votes. You can pick your top four choices and the four books with the most votes will be the books we read together next! Happy voting! 1. Dead Money by Jakob Kerr 2. The Three Lives of Cate Cay by Kate Fagan 3. The Berry Pickers by Amanda Peters 4. Beautiful Ugly by Alice Feeney 5. Pride and Predjudice By Jane Austen 6. The Let Them Theory by Mel Robbins 7. Christmas with the Queen by Hazel Gaynor and Heather Webb 8. The Frozen River by Ariel Lawhon 9. Paper Airplanes by Tabitha Fourney 10. The Editor by Simon Hall Voting will stay open until April 23rd.
Ok, I voted. Two of the books I can get at my library, and I picked 2 other that sounds like something I'll enjoy reading. We'll see if I will be able to buy them. Usually, I read books like 2 years after you've read them here - when they get translated and shows up at my library. I can read books in English, but it takes more time. I've already told you all, I will be reading Pride & Prejudice. I will get the book when Urban gets home from work today. I booked it on the library web page, and he's bringing it home. Life is so easy when you're married to a librarian. Just a tip, in case there are any single ladies out there. LOL
Voted. I'm a slow reader, but am working my way through 2025's first half list. I'm half way through with Where They Last Saw Her.
I voted because I have read a total of one book this year during my cruise. Maybe I will read two this year then, lol
We have our winners! I'll get the threads started in a few! Thanks for voting everyone! Winners for May through August: May: The Berry Pickers by Amanda Peters June: Beautiful Ugly by Alice Feeney July: Pride and Prejudice By Jane Austen August: The Frozen River by Ariel Lawhon
