Billing issue

    meterr I've got ICE in my veins!

    I bought some items using my Dec. points, and completed the order using PayPal. I came back to the shoppe and got a message in the upper corner that says my order is not complete, BUT I can download etc, but my page that tells order details, it looks im going to be billed twice. Can someone help me with this issue? Thank you
