On Monday we had a VERY cold day. The regular temp was -15°F (-26°C) and the wind chill was -30°F (-34°C)! They ended up doing a 2 hour delay because we have a lot of kids that walk to school in the area. That was pretty extreme for our area even though we are no stranger to cold and snow in Michigan.
