August Face It Art Journaling challenge
Thank you to all that joined in on the chat today. I am so glad I got the times right finally.

The Challenge for August:
1. Shape up - your head, and back ground.
Back ground first!
AAAAAAAAaaaaaaargh!

Yes!
We are going to be building a head, and I am not going to tell you what the parts we will do, or what the challenge to them will be, but we need to have a shape to fill, where your head will be, and each week as we add the feature, you can watch your face be created.
Please only work on the shape of your face and the background. I promise I will give you the opportunities to add to your face/head.
I do believe this is going to be the hardest week, and I contemplated making it the last week, but didn't want to have you wait that long! Lol
Your background is today also, with a big space for your head! Yep! Don't put anything in it yet, just a space. Borders on the edges here, fill with bits of things, and leave spaces for journaling for next weeks (will not be a requirement, but I would love you to have the option).
Please do a full on face for this challenge so that we see the front of you. I know your thoughts dear art journalers, and can imagine one doing the back of the head...You know who you are! Lol
Here is a kinda sample that I found to help me get started:
We can add to the edges and background each week, I would just please ask that you not change the main feel/shape of the face. You can go bigger or smaller, but try and keep the shape the same if possible.

I totally recommend going large...if you need to make smaller, I am okay with that as the challenge progresses! And you can always add to the background as the week progresses. ADD too, not subtract or take away...please we are BUILDING a face.
