Audio Books?

I can't pay attention. All of a sudden, the dude is like "chapter 5..." and I'm like "WHOA WAIT WHAT HAPPENED TO 3 AND 4?!"

That literally made me laugh out loud, Angie.

I just started a new job with a 40 minute commute each way... and that's only like, one Digi Show. And Lord knows I've listened to the "back" episodes enough to have them memorized. I think that I'm going to start listening to the Harry Potter Books again too.

What I've done before, even though my library doesn't have downloadable audio books, is to get the books on disk and upload them to my itunes (it takes some time to put the CDs in, but hey, it's free) and then listen from there.

I should look into Audible though. If I don't have something to keep me entertained during this new commute, I might cry. And apparently no matter how much we beg, Steph can't do a new digi show episode every day. :(

My husband listens to them all the time since he drives a lot! I on the other hand never do. I'm not sure if I would like it or not?

I love them. Audible is wonderful. Generally something ill put on when headed to bed at night. Kinda like having a bedtime story read to me. :)

I don't listen to them, I prefer to read and "hear" the words etc in my own mind lol I don't always like the voices and such from audio books. My sister listens to a lot of audio books since she has a long commute to work, I think if I had a long commute, I might do the same.

Audible has gotten me through three moves in the past 18 months. I love listening to books while I pack/unpack. The audio version of the Game of Thrones series was good (and it's really long, if you have a lot of time for listening). I recently enjoyed listening to The Help and The Corrections.
