Oh Cyn, I wish we were still in London as I'd come over with Dick. Between us we've solved a lot of these issues on our own or with a call to Apple and walking through a reboot etc... Oh No! Hope it is under warranty! Our Computer is soooooo old and slow (hubby doesn't know how I use it daily) but it is not getting replaced until I HAVE too!
