The following is how to make a live shape box to use with the Torn Paper Template for the MOC '21 Day 6 Torn Title Challenge. It is a great process to learn and something that you will use over again, and you can use it on just about any flattened shape of your choosing. It will allow you to move, enlarge or reduce the fill you have placed in it, giving you greater flexibility for fill options.
PLEASE TAG ME BELOW IF SOMETHING IS CONFUSING OR IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS!

    CREATE YOUR SHAPE
    1. For this challenge we're creating a shape from a font. Choose a bold font (or alpha from a kit) and spell out your word, then flatten (for this sample I used the font Majoris). NOTE: Do not delete this shape for you will need it later on.

    2. Highlight the shape. On the Insert tab, choose >Outliner and remove the stroke (first image - the default is 3 pt), giving you a grey shape (second image). You do not want the stroke on the image!

    3. Now is the time to edit the shape if it needs it. Right-click the mouse to highlight the area to edit. You can move between the individual letters by clicking on each one separately.

    4. When you are finished, right click on the shape and choose >Shape >Save As and save it to a file where you can locate it later.

    PREPARING THE TORN PAPER TEMPLATE

    1. Place .png template layers 4, 3, & 1 from the Torn Paper Template on your page and fatten each shape individually.
    2. Select layer 3 (the paper shape) and fill with your paper of choice: Right-click the paper and choose >Fill selected shape; reposition as desired.
    3. Group or flatten together the three layers (shadow, paper and tear strip) and export to your designated file by selecting >Save Selection, then either a) Export to image file or b) Save as image in a personal art kit.

MAKING AND USING A LIVE SHAPE BOX
    1. Insert an empty photo frame on your page and resize to fit the original shape you created.

    2. Create the live shape by going to the Photo tab and selecting >Mat >Mat Fill: Make Background Transparent, and select your shape from where you saved it. Note: Make sure that the width and relief areas are set to "0".

You can copy/paste this shape to use for the shape's background layer.

    3. In your Content bar, locate the torn paper you made earlier and drag it over into the live box; reposition it as desired. At first you'll only see the paper, but drag it down to find the torn edge.

Repeat the process on a second live shape box for the paper fill. (You can also use the original flattened title shape for this, but it won't allow you the flexibility to move/enlarge/reduce the paper once it's in the shape.)

    4. Flatten the two shapes together before adding a shadow. Congratulations! You did it!
