I don't see the MOC from previous years, but the monthly challenges go back to 2013. Of course, some like the BYOC and template ones might be hard to follow, but you could do the rest.
I found the prompts in my Apple Notes app. They're not copied exactly -- rather they look like notes I was making after finishing, while reviewing my layouts -- but maybe you will find this helpful.
