This was hard! I live in a tiny place and there isn't much like that here. Hope this counts.
Here we have our beloved outdoor- area. It is where we swim in summer, play discgolf, volleyball. People let their dogs run there- there is a little forest trail. The school uses it a lot. Now there is not much water, but in a month it will flood before it settles for the summer.
It's just beautiful and often a sort of gathering place for us all here.
