Harper suffered another seizure Friday evening. This time she hadn't showed any signs of being sick - she played during the day and ate well. Amanda (our DIL) went into the bathroom for a few minutes and when she came out Harper was blue/purple and immediately vomited. Amanda was in the bathroom such a short time ... it's so scary!
Last night Harper was tugging on her ear so she may have ear infection - (they are going to Fast Care today to check that out) and going to see a specialist once her doctor gets a referral done.
We had a surprise 30th birthday party for our son last night, and it was so hard to not just stare at little Harper and wonder what her future holds.
I'm praying it is still related to the Febrile seizure from a few weeks ago (and whatever virus she had) ... prayers and positive thoughts are so appreciated.
Thank you.

Will be thinking of you guys! I'm glad they are getting referred to see a specialist!

Saying a prayer. So glad they are referring her to a specialist right away.

Poor Harper and how scary for all of you. Sending a prayer your way.

I can only imagine how worried you must be...Definitely lifting little Harper up in my prayers.

so sorry this happened again. deftly good to hear Harper will be seen by a specialist. thinking of you all and hoping for answers!

Gosh, this is definitely scary... It's so troublesome to not know what is going on.
Keep us informed and we'll pray for that precious treasure of yours. Stay positive Jill, we are praying along with you... :heartslub

Jill, so sorry this happened again, I can only imagine how scary this must be for all of you. Keeping Harper and all of you in my thoughts and hoping you get some answers very soon.

Awww, Jill. Hugs. It's so scary to know something isn't right, but not know yet how to fix it! Hoping all doctor's appointments go well, and you all get answers!

This is so scary Jill! I so hope that it is a leftover from last time and if not that they can figure out what caused this one. It's so hard with such a small child who can't talk too much and tell you what they are feeling. I'll be saying prayers too!

That is scary. I hope the tests highlight where the problem lies and that it can be brought under control.

It's an awful thing to see your child have a seizure. The saving grace for me is that my daughter isn't really aware of having one, she has to ask.
