I am thankful for my friend who had my girls and I go over to play yesterday morning because I was having a rough day.

I am thankful we are getting a burst of Fall like weather so it will not be 90 degrees on Halloween again.

I am thankful for being able to check in my hotel room at 11AM instead of 3PM! And for it being such a big and lovely room, too. The weather in DC is gorgeous today!

Today I'm grateful for the opportunities I have to be on a couple of amazing CTs - especially my guest spot here this month!! We've been going through a difficult time financially struggling to make ends meet, and my hubby just wrecked his car, so he asked me to give up my scrapping money until we can save up enough to replace it. I'm just incredibly grateful for the CT stuff I do that still provides me with fresh, beautiful product to scrap my family's memories with! I love my "hobby" (ok, obsession) and it's such a stress reliever for me. Winning the guest spot here for October was such perfect timing!

I am thankful for seeing the sheer joy/giddiness/excitement of my boys trick or treating this year-- it brings me such joy to see their happiness and excitement!

I'm thankful for having an ex-DIL bring my grandson to the house so that I can see him in his Halloween costume and that he asked the tooth fairy to leave his tooth that he lost so that he could bring it to the house and show me. It was too cute and really warmed my heart and but a smile on my face.

I am thankful that my boys had such a great time Trick or Treating and that they stayed safe.

I am thankful that when I spoke to my parents this morning, they were headed off on a "Ferris Bueller" day. It blesses me to know they have so much fun together after 40+ years of marriage.

I'm thankful for a good night's sleep cuddled with the 'Hubs'! He's been gone a couple of days here and there with obligations and when he's been home, I'm asleep. This morning we both woke up together and commented that we had slept and rested well. Ah!

I am grateful today that I have such awesome friends who are there for me when I need it.

I am so so thankful for a break in the heat. It has been so nicely mild for the past couple days and finally it feels like autumn! ♥

I'm thankful for my Great Uncle Ken. While doing a school project with Tylee tonight I learned he was a medic in the Army where he received a Purple Heart.

Thankful for AAA... my daughter's clutch went out tonight when she left work. She works 40 miles from home, so I was so happy she has AAA+ and I didn't have to take the baby out to make that crazy round trip. :) I only had to pick her up from the mechanic's a few blocks away. Oh, and my DH agreed to get takeout tonight after all of the hullaballoo and everyone getting home late. Bonus!

I'm thankful for my wonderful husband who bought me not 1, not 2, but 3 bottles of wine last night.

Today, I'm thankful for my husband who works so hard and allows me to stay at home and be the "run around mom!"

Today I'm thankful for TLP's owners and for all of the HARD hard hard work they do behind the scenes to keep this place running as smooth as possible!!
